The Village of Andover's Mayor's Court provides the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases that are alleged to be in violation of the Village of Andover Ordinances. The Mayor's Court hears misdemeanor offenses with the exception of 2nd offense driving under the influence and 2nd offense driving under DUI suspension or FRA (Financial Responsibility) suspensions. In addition, domestic violence cases are excluded from the Mayor's court jurisdiction.

The Village of Andover's Mayor's Court is located at the Andover Village Hall at 134 Maple Street in Andover. The office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
